Metaphors of Resilience

How do we weather the storm of troubling times? How do we find the strength to endure and adapt? In this workshop we explore differing metaphors of resilience in poetry, prose, and the visual arts. Participants will use metaphor to embrace their capacity for meeting difficulties and will come away with a piece of art that represents their greatest power and vitality.
