Restorative Writing with Raychelle Heath

Take a moment of calm with your writing through this restorative writing course. During each session we will begin with a centering and freewriting, explore inspirational texts, and use visualization and generative prompts to move our writing. We’ll also end with a group share and check out. By the end of the session, you will have had a chance to open up your page and allow the words to flow. And, hopefully, you can take away a sense of calm going forward with your work.
